7h Field studies
While Field Studies should be considered as part of the norm within specialist subject areas, it is critical that leaders do not lose sight of the fact that they must be run in accordance with their employer’s guidance for off-site activities and must not be treated as a special case that sits outside generic guidance for off-site activity.
The starting point for sound delivery is to ensure that the staffing team is competent, complying with employer guidance.
