3.2h Self-organised visits and the package travel regulations
The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (PTR) place certain legal obligations upon organisers of package travel arrangements. It is unlikely that the regulations will apply to most establishment-organised visits, but there are some circumstances where they might apply.
